Monday morning has brought out the bees.  Sunday was not entirely sweet as honey as some bankrolls took a dent.  With Arizona losing outright, the Cardinals had us yearning to make up the losses on their baseball brethren in St. Louis.  So let us sit back, get the barbecue started for the baseball playoffs are upon us.  We have a lot of material to go over on this Monday morning rebound here on Americas Bookie’s The Brink.

Sweet Tea Tuesday

The home office greeted me with a cloud of spices as the person who prides herself in cooking was pounding the rub into the side of meat to be grilled for Tuesday.  My job for the cookout during the Astros at Yankees game was to procure the alcohol for the sweet tea.  Even though a good rye or bourbon might be better suited for my taste, few are off put by the dimensions a good rum can bring to tea.  Will report back to you tomorrow as to what type of Sweet Tea Tuesday we will be having tomorrow

Fast Fact

  • Both road teams are the favorites in their respective Wild Card games.

Small Victory Goes To?

Our industry insider had mixed results for the public.  A lot of players went big and bombed on the Cardinals spread and ML.  Road win by the Rams helped Vegas and the offshore.  Green Bay blossomed the bettors by coming through once again on heavy one sided action.  Denver and Atlanta were disappointments to the public but was made up by pronounced action on Jacksonville by Luck’s absence.  If Weeks one and three went to the public with second week going to the books, week four was a slim win by the industry.  With the Lions and Seahawks early action being split, this result should hold when business concludes this Monday.

Come back to The Brink as I give the results of the blind sweet tea test to the office siren.  Also we will have a Free Pick for the Astros at the Yankees.  Finally, early college lines will be skewered.  See you tomorrow and good fortune on your Monday sport’s investment opportunities.
