For those that have been out of action, jumping back into something you love should be treated with planning.  Take Les Miles the coach of the LSU Tigers.  He had given up something during the offseason but reintroduced it to his diet for the push of the 2015 season.  Find out what it was, and the results that came with it.  On today’s The Brink, we will look at this and how to safely get into football wagering shape with our Free Pick for the September 3rd College Football Opener.

I Want What He is Having

Monday morning saw Les excuse himself from his daily routine and drive himself to the hospital.  He had given up coffee these last six months but starting drinking it again for the energy boost to deal with those long hours.  Too much too fast caused him to get the shakes.  After being examined by the medical staff, the only awkward result was him missing his Lunch with Les media day staple.  So when with you preparing for this weekend’s action, think of Les before downing that fourth or fifth cup.

TCU’s Anger

Emotion is the pivot for profit in the TCU at Minnesota game on Thursday.  Minnesota has no credible return receiving threats after losing their tight end to the NFL last year.  The Jerry Kill system is excellent at extracting wins against equal talent.  TCU is far beyond this team.  When it finally ruptures, the anger at missing last year’s Horned Frog snub comes through.  The line is fourteen for the road favorite but is nowhere near enough.  Take TCU  minus the points as they take no quarter in calling off the dogs in this one.

With college football about to get going, the staff at the Brink have been sporting more coffee cups as of late.  We must remember that the pep in our step can take us to heart thumping heights with too much coffee too fast.  Profit will always be there with proper planning.  So slowly have a few cups this morning as September is here.  Good fortune to us all and we will see you tomorrow here at The Brink.
