Bet Cascade is based out of San Jose, Costa Rica.  As of this writing it says that their site is under construction.  That is odd for a sportsbook that has been around for years.  Everything I could find mentioned the words “scam alert” and blacklisted so maybe that has something to do with their not having a current site.

I am reading a warning on another site back in 2007 and clients seemed to be having problems withdrawing money back then.  It was mentioned that the main financial backer had withdrawn their support.
