– A BetUS player reported that he asked for a $5,000 payment on September 18 and when he asked for an update on his withdrawal status on September 29 he was told that he was actually sent two checks for $5,000 total. The player contacted the sportsbook again on October 13th and he was informed that the checks would be cancelled and that his funds would be placed back into his account. 35 days have passed and the funds haven’t been credited to his account.
