Ask The Bookie thinks that BetPhoenix Sportsbook has to cut the player loose, paying all winnings and prorated bonus amount, or to restore reasonable limits on the account for completion of the rollover.

– A BetUs player who requested a $1,000 payment in September claims that he still has not been paid. The player said that his first payout request failed and that BetUS’ makeup payment was also botched. He believes he will not be paid.
